With LienDesk, fees are straight-forward: a $75 initiation fee, plus a resolution fee that's capped at 5% of gross settlement value. For most liens, the resolution value will be $900 or less; the fee can be higher for large settlements, but won't exceed the 5% cap.
You can rest easy knowing that lien resolution fees will never exceed 5% of your client’s gross settlement award. Low-value awards won't be eaten up by fees.
