GRG’s Quality Assurance Program ensures the highest level of quality in all GRG services to meet our clients’ needs and expectations. GRG utilizes a five-step project management lifecycle to deliver consistency in processes and procedures while minimizing risks and issues:

  1. Initiate – Identify sponsor, project manager, and key team leads; hold kick-off meeting; develop project charter
  2. Plan – Confirm scope, develop project plan, quality plan, communication plan
  3. Execute – Coordinate people and resources, execute to plan and adjust as necessary
  4. Control – Manage scope, issues, risks, budget, resources, change, quality, procurement, communication
  5. Close – Ensure client satisfaction, quantify measurements, summarize results
