Company Milestones

2007

The Garretson Resolution Group (GRG), LLC, formed.

GRG appointed to VIOXX® case ($4.85 billion settlement -- remains largest in history).

State and federal courts officially describe GRG as a "neutral lien resolution administrator," resulting in the courts' appointments in Medtronic, Guidant, and many other "high-profile" cases.

2009

Developed Healthcare Lien Compliance Program to allow firms to fully outsource all single-event, personal injury cases for lien evaluation and resolution.

Expanded service offering to include MMSEA and MSP Reporting and Compliance Consulting.

Launched several IT initiatives to create new efficiencies for clients, including the creation of GRG's Compliance Connection suite of web portals, the creation of an automated claims audit process / system, and enhancements to internal case management system.

2010

Evaluated and resolved 10,000th individual lien in the single-event, personal injury context.

Developed Asbestos Non-Malignancy Global Resolution Process -- the first mass solution for addressing Level I-III non-malignancy injury category asbestos claims.

Appointed by Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein of the U.S. Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York as Allocation Neutral in the World Trade Center settlement to pay out approximately $712.5 million to over 10,000 plaintiffs alleging injuries from the rescue, recovery and debris removal operations at the World Trade Center site after 9/11.
